Latest List of Executors Published by China’s Freight Forwarding Industry

On August 12, 2025, the Ningbo International Freight Forwarders Association (Ningbo International Freight Forwarders Association) released an update on the “Ningbo Maritime Court’s List of Executors of Maritime Freight Forwarders and Multimodal Transport Companies” through its official website. The latest list of executors (July 2025) has been released, including 32 international freight forwarders, multimodal transport companies, cargo owners, and individuals.

32 International Freight Forwarders Added to List of Executors

The list of executors published by the three major freight forwarding industries in Shenzhen, Ningbo, and Tianjin has reached a total of 1,066.

The freight forwarding and logistics associations at the three major ports of Shenzhen, Ningbo, and Tianjin have successively released “Lists of Dishonest Executors” and “Lists of Suspected Dishonest Enterprises” for their respective ports as a warning to their member companies to pay attention and prevent risks. As of August 13, 2025, the three associations have cumulatively exposed a total of 1,066 companies under enforcement. The Tianjin International Freight Forwarding and Logistics Association exposed 106 “suspected dishonest companies,” all of which are international freight forwarding and logistics companies. The Shenzhen International Freight Forwarding Association exposed a total of 759 companies and individuals under enforcement on September 24 and October 10, 2024. Together with the 32 newly exposed by the Ningbo International Freight Forwarding Association, Ningbo Leji has exposed 201 companies under enforcement.
